1. What's been the single biggest benefit to you and your company since Next Century has started providing IT services?

We Lead CS is Kentucky's virtual computer science career academy funded with taxpayer dollars to prepare high school students for high-wage tech jobs. Our school district clients and our students expect that we are online, ready to teach every day and NCT ensures we have functional technology to get that job done. Their quick response time when we have problems ensures we have little to no time offline and their guidance on keeping our systems as secure as possible reduces my worries over how we store vital records and data for the company.

2. What do you feel we do better than other IT firms you may have worked with in the past?

It's the people who work at NCT who make it so valuable to me. Every interaction I have with NCT staff members is positive. If the person doesn't have an immediate answer, they quickly follow up with possible solutions. They respond quickly and there has never been a problem I've presented to them that they haven't been able to solve. Tech problems are stressful, but I always leave my interactions with NCT staff thinking, well, that was pleasant!

3. If someone was on the fence about choosing us as their IT firm, what would you say to them?

We Lead CS's contract with IT is an essential part of our operations. We're a small company (9 employees and three contract staff) and all of us work remotely. Our contract with NCT is more valuable than having an IT person on staff because there are multiple staff members at NCT who help us with issues and are as current as anyone can be on the latest in IT and cybersecurity. I would hate to think about operating without them.
